In Libya the rebels haven't got much success even thou there has been that no-fly zone about a month now. There is also attempt to find a country from Africa where Muammar Gaddafi could go to safely.

It is quite widely been one important term for others than Gaddafi and hes allays, that he would not lead Libya anymore after peace is announced in there.

That is also one big problem for getting the peace done in there, because Gaddafi staying in power would make the peace quite easy from hes side.

Germany has considered using frozen funds of Gaddafi to pay for aid.

Libya's Planning and Finance Minister Abdulhafid Zlitni told a news conference in Tripoli last Wednesday that $120 billion of Libyan assets had been frozen by foreign banks under sanctions, but the country still had reserves in gold and other assets.
