It would be best for everybody that Ivory Coast leader Laurent Gbagbo would surrender and in order to do that he wants and in my opinion deserves guaranties from his safety after that.

There is problems on both sides in that country, it would be fair and quick solution if Laurent Gbagbo would get what he wants. Then the first part of this situation would be in best possible end that it can get.

Anyway if he don't get what he wants, it is not likely that he would be there for much longer anymore, that is due to the fact that the other side of that situation is in quite strong position in there.

If United Nations can quickly give him what he wants, this part would be over, and then there is the next part where things should be organized in well working order in that country.
