There was a lot of good things in the speech, saving money is important, dealing with inflation also. Finding and using ways to make more money is important area for Russia, because that money is needed in Russia, to get things done.

The fact that population is getting old, is also one of those things that needed some actions. Taking care of the old people, and helping the young people, is important. Also that is kind of a key to get amount of population to rise.

Things being handled the right way, is clearly important for Russia.
