Danny Jordaan arrived in Russia on Monday as part of the Fifa inspection team touring Europe to check the candidacy of the countries bidding to host the 2018 and 2022 World Cup finals.

Jordaan is a consultant to the team, which is headed by Harold Mayne-Nicholls, the president of the Chile Football Association.

Jordaan missed the trip earlier this week to Belgium and Netherlands but has traveled with the inspectors previously in Australia.
