Britney Jean Spears, was born in December, 2, 1981 in McComb at Mississippi state. Just recently, her album sales reached 100 million and is now of course over it. In the past that was very good achievement, and even in nowadays that is very good.
It is also one good thing in a situation, where you are selling gigs to different places. Having more than 100 million album sold, is a some kind of guarantee for success in the future, and it really makes a difference on what ever you are doing. And like i already said it makes a difference also when you are in a negotiation with people wanting you to do a gig in they're hall or stadium maybe festival or where ever.
Also it means that people will remember you, pretty much forever. And of course even more than other wise, that is. It also brings even more record sell, radio play and other stuff like that.
Basically all her albums have been successful one way or the other, and her well known career is actually quite long already. She will also most likely, stay in good position in the future also.
One important thing in her is also the fact that in certain way, she is kind of an artist in her age class, who is the one that everybody gets compared to, and from her, there is also lots of jokes and all that other stuff, which is the fact that usually comes when you are in some way number 1 in somethings.
In a way Britney is someways in same kind of position, that Madonna was in the eighties. So in a way, she has been like ''the pop star'' of certain area in that business.
Her albums: ...Baby One More Time (1999), Oops!... I Did It Again (2000), Britney (2001), In the Zone (2003), Blackout (2007), Circus (2008) are good albums and there is many good, and also successful songs in them.
