I think that the most important thing relating to every body's health, is all those things what we do and how we do it in actual live every day, and how we do it, and the attitude and spirit relating to these actions.
Of course our DNA is one thing, but we can't change that just like that, so it does not make much sense to talk about that, like i now talk about this matter here.
One important thing what comes to health is that we move enough, in different ways and wisely.
Not to smoke is a good thing, reasonable alcohol using is good also, compering to people who drink too much.
Eating the right way and enough, is also something you can do, without feeling guilty.
It is also good thing to remember, that damages usually don't make you're health better in the long run, so be careful when you exercies.
Sleeping well and enough is also good thing to do.
